Painter Property Management began as a natural extension of my personal rental property journey. With a background in chemical engineering and a career in the power generation industry, I started acquiring and managing rental homes part-time. My interest in real estate was sparked early—around the age of 12—when I began spending summers working for my uncle’s construction company. That hands-on experience instilled a passion for building and renovating, which eventually led me to purchase my first fixer-upper, fully renovate it, and turn it into a rental.

By 2022, I began managing properties for others through word of mouth. I quickly realized that many investors loved the idea of owning rental properties but didn’t want to deal with the realities—late-night calls, finding qualified tenants, managing repairs, or navigating evictions. I still believe rentals are a smart investment and a powerful component of a diversified portfolio, but they demand a level of involvement that many simply don’t have time for.

That’s where I come in.

With a solid foundation in construction, an established network of tradespeople, and a garage full of tools, I saw the opportunity to grow this side of the business. My approach is simple: I treat every property as if it were my own. That mindset shapes everything I do—from tenant screening and proactive maintenance to how I handle emergencies and manage the day-to-day details.
