Rental Application Process

  1. After scheduling a visit and/or an initial screening call with Painter Property Management, please review the documents linked below. THE TENANT SCREENING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SHOULD BE SIGNED AND SENT ALONG WITH APPLICATION, ALL OTHERS ARE FOR REVIEW ONLY AT THIS TIME:
  2. A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 per applicant is required when an application is submitted (payable to Painter Property Management). All individuals age 18 or over intending to reside in the property must submit an application.
  3. Each applicant must complete an Experian credit check. Details will be emailed to the address provided on the application. A non-refundable $19.95 fee is paid directly to Experian when completing this step.
  4. The applicant must complete the application in full. Use "N/A" for any areas that do not apply. (Two years of employment and residential history are required)

  5. Submit documentation for proof of income along with the application (scanned in documents, screenshots must be clear and name must be shown on the image). This may include but is not limited to:
    • Last two pay stubs if applicable
    • Three most recent bank statements (required)
    • Proof of social security disbursements if applicable
    • Alimony/child support order if applicable
  6. A new application is required after 60 days.
  7. Submit completed applications and supporting documents to:
